Brooke Elizabeth Burns is an American actor, game show host and model who was born on March 16, 1978. Burns first appeared on TV in 1995 on the Spanish American Teen Sitcom Out of the Blue, where she played Peg. Burns joined Baywatch, an action-drama series in 1998. The following year, she appeared on the show as Baywatch: Hawaii. Burns later quit Baywatch because of her first pregnancies. Brooke Elizabeth Burns has been a fitness model on television and an actress for over 10 years. The most well-known role she has played is in the role of Jessie Owens of Baywatch. She is well known for her performance in the highly popular and commercially successful film Shallow Hal which was released in 2001.
